The Team Bus Rules

Spaces are limited. The NZRU or its’ associated authorities will randomly select registrants until the buses are full, Registering doesn't automatically guarantee you're entered into the Draw. Incorrect applications including email addresses will not be accepted.

Once applications close the successful applicants will be sent an email to confirm their place on The Team Bus. If any of the selected applicants are not available to attend, then further applicants will be chosen from website registrations, and called at random to be invited to attend.

What we will offer:

The Team Bus

The selected applicants will receive free seats on the buses from the predetermined location to the selected Air New Zealand Cup game and return. They will also receive tickets to the game. The position of the seats within the stadium will be at the sole discretion of the NZRU. At each departure point for The Team Bus the NZRU and associated parties will be putting on an event. This will include face painting and BBQ. This event will be open to all who attend but selected participants for The Team Bus will have first rights.

GENERAL:

1. Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand, excluding employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, its associated companies, its agencies and media partners, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
3. The promotion will take part each week of the Air New Zealand Cup (excluding the semi final and finals).
4. The number of seats available on the team bus or buses may vary at each game.
5. The registrant must be 18 years or over.
6. For each of the selected participants any Travel, Accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses to, during, and from the promotion will not be covered by the Promoter, save for what is specified as part of the prize.
7. You must obtain consent of all your nominated participants before registering their details on this website.
8. The Promoter will deny entry to any participant who appears to be visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who behavior is deemed unacceptable.
9. Logos and/or brands for teams, or other affiliations, may be worn on clothing, provided they do not contain vulgar language or vulgar images, are not worn in breach of any existing trademark, represent organisations promoting unsavoury products or services or are in competition with the Promoter. You agree not to hand out brochures or literature, offer promotions, sell or give products, display sponsor banners or posters and/or engage in any commercial activity at, or in the general vicinity of the tournament.
10. Tickets to the game will be handed out to those seated on the bus for departure. Tickets to the games will not be available to successful applicants to make their own way to the games.
11. By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name and photograph for any promotional purposes decided upon by the Promoter.
12. Participants participate at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as consequence participation in the tournament and you will indemnify the Promoter against claims for loss, damage, costs and expenses incurred by the Promoter, its officers, employees or its agents in this regard.
13. If the selected participants are unable to participate in the Promotion for any reason (including by failing to complete the forms referred to above), then the Promoter will select other participants, at random, from the list of registered entries and invite them to participate in the promotion on these terms.
14. You must notify the Promoter as soon as possible, if you or any of your nominated participants intend to withdraw from the promotion.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time.
16. In the event of a dispute or need for clarification, the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered for the prizes. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind, human error, traffic congestion on the internet of this website, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of the Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in the Promotion.
19. If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures) the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
20. If you tamper with or attempt to subvert the processes relating to participation in the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participation and reserves its right to withhold any prizes from you and your team members.
21. The Promoter will not engage in any communication regarding the Promotion, including but not limited the results.
22. Information regarding personal data provided in the form will be collected, stored and processed in a database for the purposes of managing the website and entry into the Promotion. Such information will not be used for any other purposes than as stated in these Conditions of Entry or as separately accepted by you. The Privacy Notice applies to any processing of data performed in connection here or displayed at www.teambus.co.nz. You hereby agree that we may use your personal data to confirm by e-mail your successful registration. If you have separately agreed and accepted to receive news updates from this website or via SMS, we may use your personal data for such direct marketing purposes.
23. Any person attending the Team bus event and associated Air New Zealand Cup game:
    
    1. acknowledges that it is likely to be recorded in a number of media and publicly disseminated;
    2. agrees that perpetual use may be made, free of charge, of his/her voice, image and likeness whilst at the Venue, by means of live or recorded video display, broadcast, transmission or other dissemination or recording, photographs or any other current and/or future media technologies; and
    3. waives, on an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual basis, all rights to object to such broadcasting, transmission or dissemination in any media.
24. It is not possible / practical for individual consents to be obtained from the fans photographed for the Team Bus campaign. Any issues arising should be directed to admin@teambus.co.nz.
    
25. The Promoter is the New Zealand Rugby Union Limited, 1 Hinemoa St Wellington. No correspondence is to be sent to this address.
